Kelcie Kadowaki, OTD, OTR/L
Doctor of Occupational Therapy
Dr. Kelcie Kadowaki is a licensed occupational therapist who specializes in working with young adults and college students with neurodivergent and lifestyle management needs. Dr. Kadowaki supports her clients in developing sustainable habits and routines to support their well-being, resilience, and meaningful participation in their everyday activities.
Dr. Kadowaki began her career at the USC Occupational Therapy Faculty Practice, where she facilitated Lifestyle Redesign® interventions for individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraines, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and other complex health conditions. She later served as an Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California, where she taught graduate-level courses and contributed to research and program development focused on mental health, wellness, and increasing the visibility and accessibility of occupational therapy within primary care settings. Currently, she is a faculty member at Stanbridge University, where she teaches courses on occupational therapy history, psychosocial foundations of practice, and cultural humility. She also chairs the university’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, working to promote inclusive and equitable practices within occupational therapy education and clinical training.
