Spectrum Psysh LA is an out-of-network provider for insurance companies.
We are happy to provide you with an itemized bill (i.e., a superbill) which lists medical CPT codes and administered services and can be submitted to your insurance to obtain reimbursement for services. There is no guarantee that insurance companies will approve your claim; please contact your insurance directly to find out about your coverage before accessing services.
We are proud to be a vendor of the Westside Regional Center for psychiatry services. Westside RC clients should discuss the option to access medication management services through Spectrum Psych LA with their case coordination team. We’ve teamed up with Undivided.io to provide resources specifically made for parents to help navigate systems to access services and secure funding, including within the school system (e.g., IEPs/504 Plans), through the Regional Center (e..g., Self Determination Fund), and in navigating private insurance and obtaining reimbursement for services.

Regional Center Self Determination Funding Program FAQ
1. What is the Self-Determination Program (SDP)?
SDP is a funding option for Regional Center clients that allows them to use their individual budget to access services from non-vendored providers, like Spectrum Psych Los Angeles. This gives participants more choice and flexibility in selecting providers that best meet their needs.
2. How can I use my SDP budget to pay for therapy at Spectrum Psych LA?
Your Financial Management Services (FMS) provider (required for all SDP participants) can allocate funds from your individual budget to pay for psychotherapy or occupational therapy at Spectrum Psych LA. If you’re already enrolled in SDP, your FMS can guide you through this process.
3. Who is eligible for the Self-Determination Program?
Any Regional Center client is eligible to apply.
You must complete an SDP orientation and work with the Regional Center to determine your budget.
The program is best suited for those who want more control over their services and providers.
4. How can I enroll in the Self-Determination Program?

5. What if I need a vendored provider through the Regional Center?
