Hannah Sandler, LMFT | Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Hannah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the field of mental health since 2010 in a variety of clinical settings, including residential, outpatient, homes, and schools. Hannah specializes in working with Autistic clients, as well as those with extensive trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, intellectual disability, and mood disturbances. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Effectiveness Training, and UCLA’s MEYA intervention (a comprehensive program for ASD youth). She is also a Breathwork Facilitator and a PEERS® Certified Provider. Hannah incorporates CBT, DBT, attachment work, executive functioning, and breathwork strategies to teach clients how to regulate emotions and shift experiences to achieve the life they want.

Hannah has a passion for working with teens and adults within the neurodiverse community. She understands the nuances of challenging oneself and continuously learning how to be one’s best self. She believes that everyone is capable of change and provides the extra guidance and support to empower clients in facilitating that change themselves, using a strength-based approach.

Hannah graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge and earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University. In her free time, Hannah enjoys the beach, boxing, traveling, and spending time with her English bulldog.
