Haley Goodman, M.A. | Therapist & Client Care Manager

Haley Goodman is a Therapist and Client Care Manager at Spectrum Psych LA who has worked in the field of mental health since 2016. Haley specializes in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). With a passion for understanding the human mind and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals, Haley brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every aspect of her role. 

Haley completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, San Diego, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. Prior to beginning her master’s program, Haley served as Clinic Coordinator for the PEERS® Clinic at the UCLA Semel Institute, where she managed aspects of the PEERS® for Preschoolers, PEERS® for Adolescents, and PEERS® for Young Adults social skills intervention groups and served as a behavioral coach in these groups.

Haley has had the privilege of working alongside seasoned psychologists and mental health professionals with a variety of backgrounds and expertise. This experience has allowed to her to collaborate on treatment plans, assist with psychological assessments, and build strong rapport with clients. Haley believes in a holistic approach to mental health, which means considering the various facets of an individual’s life that contribute to their well-being. Haley’s goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while fostering their personal growth and resilience.

Areas of clinical expertise for Haley include evidence-based treatment of social skills, executive functioning, and anxiety. Haley is also a PEERS® Certified Provider for teens and young adults. 

Haley grew up just north of Los Angeles and is currently residing in West LA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, playing with her puppy, and reading!
